Call the Builders is an app that has geo-location technology built within its software.

Our app connects home owners to tradespeople as a user you will be able to see which tradespeople, male or female, qualification, experience and rating are currently closest to the location that they are particularly searching.

Property owners will also be able to post jobs for each and every property they manage and therefore registered tradespeople can also apply to these jobs.

Our tradespeople will consist of general builders, decorators, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, roofers, boiler engineers, locksmiths, cleaners, kitchen or bathroom fitters, stone masons, brick layers, removal agents, white van drivers, gardeners, garage door engineers, blocked drains, pool and hot tub engineers, electricians and gas safety check certificate providers.

We will disrupt the old world thanks to this new technology and aim to make life more convenient thanks to smartphones.

Homeowners and landlords can often find the task of finding a tradesperson time consuming and inefficient process, especially if there is something urgent that needs work completing on.

To assure homeowners that a professional service is on its way, we have developed a unique rating system based on Tradesperson experience and qualifications. Tradespeople are also inspected by the Call The Builders team, of which they may gain a certain accreditation on their profile (please look out for this on the tradespersons description while accepting Call The Builders terms and conditions)

Tradespeople are often at a different location nearly every day of their working lives due to the nature of the profession.

Connecting Tradespeople to property owners and tenants

Tradespeople receive leads from home/property/tenants, so they have the option to utilise their time more efficiently and cost effectively while gaining new clients

The app has no charge for Home/property owners from Call The Builders.com

Tradespeople can now potentially monetise their downtime to gain new work and jobs and our vision is every homeowner can simple maintain and update their property, simple by a click on our app.

Please note - New Tradespeople to Call The Builders will have a free trial period of 90 days, after which an auto-renewable subscription is required to access the features in the app.
Payments are charged to your iTunes account and will automatically renew after the subscription period, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be cancelled in your device Account Settings at any time. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeit if a subscription is purchased.
